reservations are welcome by phone, fax, e-mail, letter or via the questionnaire found under 'reservation' - please note that reservations have to be guaranteed, usually with a credit card (number and expiry date) or by means of a deposit.

 

amendments and cancellations should be notified one week prior to arrival at the latest, otherwise the amount of the first cancelled night will be charged - please note, however, that we always try to first re-locate the cancelled room, in order to avoid any charges whenever possible.

 

rooms are at guests' disposal from 2pm on arrival day until 11am on departure day. Both on arrival and on departure guests are welcome to store their luggage with us if they arrive earlier or leave later in the day.

 

valid from November 13 to 30 and for the month of February: for stays of at least three nights, we have pleasure in offering one FREE entrance ticket per person to one main museum at guests' choice!!
